Filed a landmark federal RICO lawsuit against CVS Caremark over anti-competitive practices, drawing national attention
Sued CMS over Medicare Part D “preferred networks” that excluded independents in violation of Any Willing Pharmacy protections
Worked with state insurance departments in TX, NM & MI to enforce PBM reforms
Filed amicus briefs in PCMA v. Wehbi, helping secure an Eighth Circuit landmark ruling that upheld North Dakota’s PBM reforms
Partnered with major pharmacy organizations to back Oklahoma’s PBM reform law before the Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court
Sued Texas HHSC in attempt to block Medicaid managed care's poor pharmacy reimbursements
